What information we collect about you:
We collect information about you when you enquire about our services or book onto one of our courses. We will retain the contact details that you provide to us and maintain records of the courses that you attend, the payments that you have made and any course literature that you have completed during the course once attended.
We also collect information about you when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, participate in events or provide feedback to us.
How we will use the information we have about you:
We will use information about you to be able to schedule your attendance onto one of our courses. The information that we obtained from you is placed onto our secure database. The database is updated regularly and we are required to retain records of all course that our delegates attend, where practically possible for a minimum of 10 years.
We will not disclose your personal data, including records of your course attendance, unless required to do so by law, or with your explicit consent. Wherever possible we will discuss any disclosure with you in advance. We will never pass on your information to a third party for marketing purposes.
We may share your information with selected third parties including; business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you; analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site; credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you.
We will use your information to provide you with details about other services or products that we offer that we think will be relevant to your ongoing education or may be of interest to you.
